Happy Valentine's Day! I loved the ruffled look from my last cake, so I decided to use the ruffles again but this time added pleats.
Red Velvet cake with red cream cheese frosting, surrounded by white chocolate pleats and topped with a white chocolate heart - all made from white chocolate clay.
