My mother-in-law actually made this cake for a family party and asked if I would decorate it for her. Pssst, she replaced the oil in the cake mix with pureed black beans... so tasty. It make it just that much "healthier" if you will, than with using oil.
Drew is a big time Yankees fan, since he is one (a yankee) and all... so I thought this would be fitting. Happy Birthday Drew!
This was a carrot cake I did for my friends mom's birthday. Joyce is very much a fan of visiting Hawaii... Happy Birthday Joyce, and many more!
