Red Velvet Cheesecake



The cake was McCormick's Red Velvet cake recipe, Philadelphia's cheese cake recipe for middle and traditional cream cheese frosting to cover, decorate, and glue layers together. 
(you can use Duncan Hines red velvet cake mix  and no bake cheese cake mix if you are very careful to make sure it sets up properly before layering.
I bake the cake in 2 9" pans and only used one layer and froze the other. Cut it in half, and slice off top of cake until flat (keep crumbs to sprinkle on top). Place cheesecake in between layers, glue together with frosting.  Cover and decorate with Cream cheese frosting and extra crumbs. 

My M-I-L had these cute drinks at the dinner table for us, she is so creative :)
