Pancakes!

I forgot to post this... better late than never. On Valentine's day I wanted to do something fun for my girls so we made hear shaped pancakes with metal cookie cutters (which only works when you remember to spray the hearts with pam). We had some left over raspberry syrup from my dessert night and lined it with milk choco chips... .mmmm mmmm good!

Bills Birthdays

Birthday Cakes for the Bills Family! They love chocolate, so we did chocolate cake with milk chocolate mousse filling and chocolate chocolate frosting! Happy Birthday yall! Thanks for asking me to help Becky!

White Chocolate Mousse

I just took some left over mousse from the cake & strawberries, swirled it in a fancy glass and topped it with some fresh raspberries... costco berries are ginormous!

Cherry Chocolate Torte

Devil's food cake, white chocolate mousse, and some cherry pie filling... who knew?

Raspberry Frappe

Raspberry sherbet, vanilla ice cream and 7up. Topped with fresh berries of course. Yum!

I was able to teach a class for some ladies on how to make some fun Valentine Desserts! It was a blast. Thank you to everyone who came. Thank you Jenna for asking me to do this. Let's do it again some time soon.
