White chocolate clay

I found a recipe for chocolate clay online ( 10oz chocolate to 1/4 C corn syrup melted together). I tried it and I love it. I worked with it on a marble slab and it held up beautifully!

It tastes sooooo much better than most fondants and looks just as fabulous.

Sara's Cake

A polar bear made out of fondant and placed on a skewer into the cake.

(The cake was funfetti with vanilla buttercream)
The blue ice is sugar, water and coloring boiled together.
Sara, I hope you had a wonderful birthday, your cake was fun to do!!!!

time for pie

I love homemade pies, especially fresh fruit pies! This one just melted in your mouth...mmmm.

My first attempt at canning peaches, I had a rough start but they turned out great :)

White chocolate ganache spider web cupcakes, delish! The kids were loving this for halloween, we took them to the party at our church and they were gone before I knew it.
Whoopie pies! I used to love going to Kinsingers Kitchen when I was little and getting their ginormous whoopie pies.
