I tried a couple of new recipes
swiss meringue buttercream... very smooth & silky
from scratch vanilla cake, I adapted a recipe found in the cake boss' new book 
It was delicious!I recommend this book for beginning decorators as well as the seasoned.
Love this one too! Okay can I come see that book? I would love to try some recipes and need some good pointers. :)
